A handmade product undergoes tedious working over a long period. We have a responsibility to secure the future of the hands of those who create these products and for payment of regular and adequate wages which is imperative to our goal. Hence, we cannot offer REFUND on the goods purchased. By buying “AIRAVATA” products, you are helping farmers, local weavers, craft clusters and other artisanal communities preserve our heritage and truly help sustain their livelihood. You are helping local businesses thrive. Your purchase generates employment and in return you get their love, admiration and a chance to be a part of their lives.
However, we understand there might be a few inevitable circumstances faced by you under which you may have to return/exchange our products. Such cases have been mentioned below. Please proceed for the same in accordance with the given guidelines:
If you have received an item you did not order OR if an item you received is not in the desired condition, please send us the details using this form within 3 days of receiving your order. Please ensure you provide the following:
- Order number.
- A clear photo of the fault in case of a damaged product/section.
- Your contact number (if different from the one used while placing the order)
Returned items must be in their original condition with their original labels and tags still on and returned in the original packaging.
Returned items must not be worn, washed, damaged or used.
Once the above conditions are met, the return request shall be processed within one week of receipt of the goods by us and you will a receive store credit from our end. You will be able to make use of the store credit within 3 months of receiving it.
In case of an exchange request, be assured that we will inform you regarding the availability of a replacement product and the time within which we are able to dispatch it as it differs for different products.
2. MISTAKEN DELIVERIES
In case of a mistaken delivery, please fill and submit this form, mentioning your order number and a clear photo of the product/s received. We will arrange a pick up after verifying the details and contact you regarding getting the correct product/s delivered to you.
With regard to all the cases mentioned above, the customer need not bear any charges pertaining to exchange/return of the product.
- SIZE ISSUES
In case of a size issue, you can send a request for exchange within 3 working days of receipt of the order. Please fill and submit this form for the same.
Once the original order returned from your end has been received by us, you will be delivered an update regarding the same. Your size replacement will be dispatched within 5 working days of its receipt on our end.
The cost of any exchange or return must be borne by the customer in case of exchange pertaining to size issues. We advise you to please make sure you check our size chart in order to choose your perfect fit before placing your order.
