DO I NEED TO SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR WEBSITE TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You do not need to subscribe to our website to make a purchase. However, a subscription guarantees you regular updates related to the brand.

 

DO YOU HAVE SEASONAL SALES?

We regret to inform you that your order cannot be changed/cancelled once it has been confirmed. Please refer to our SHIPPING SERVICES for more information.

 

WHAT IF THE ORDER PLACED BY ME IS OUT OF STOCK?

We make all efforts to regularly update products for the best customer experience. However, there may be a few cases where due to laborious processes that a handmade product undergoes, the demand may exceed the current supply. In this case, if a product is out of stock, the product page will display the same.

In an unprecedented situation of the product being out of stock after the order has been placed, we will promptly inform you regarding the same. In such cases we will either offer a refund or our customer care can further assist you with a new selection.

You will be able notified when the product is back in stock when you subscribe to our website.

If the order is urgent, our customer care can assist in the matter. However, since we are working with handlooms and crafts, we cannot assure you that we will be able to take up the request immediately.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

The processing time of each order depends on the products to be delivered. Standard time for processing is 15-20 days from the date of its confirmation. For more information, please refer to our SHIPPING SERVICES.

 

ARE ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS TAXES, DUTIES, TARIFFS PAYABLE ON MY ORDER?

I NEED HELP DECIDING WHAT TO BUY. CAN I SPEAK TO A STYLIST?

You can find styling options in the ‘product page’, under ‘product description’. However, if you need an expert opinion while shopping, you can write to us via email and our designers can get in touch with you regarding the same.

 

WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT AS I SEE IN THE PHOTO ON THE WEBSITE?

We have tried to incorporate photos on our website that reflect every detail of each product. However, there is a possibility that you may find minor differences in products in which the format of the raw materials and their manufacture by the craftsmen affect the final results as the products are handmade. There may also be a slight variation in the colour due to the images being digital.  

 

CAN I BOOK AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?

We can only ship one order to one shipping address. If you wish to send multiple items to more than one address, please place one order per shipping address.

 

 CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE A PURCHASED PRODUCT?

A product that has been paid for and delivered to you is subject to return/exchange only under specific conditions. These conditions are made available to you on our RETURNS and EXCHANGE page.

 

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer shipping worldwide. However, this is subject to import restrictions by certain countries.
