POSITION: Creative visualiser

LOCATION: Hyderabad

SALARY: As per Industry Norms

Responsibilities:

  1.  Develop creative concepts for shoots, digital campaigns and collaterals, social media, print, etc 
  2. Create collaterals as per marketing and advertising needs be it for online / offline use
  3. Handle photography & videography works to meet the goals of content generation 
  4. Manage and coordinate on content requirements between inhouse teams and outsourced agency, and review and approve visual and copy developed by internal / external teams, ensuring deliverables effectively meet marking and brand communication / positioning goals and objectives
  5. Coordinate on all content / image requirements for any purpose including selection and guiding on editing of raw footage  
  6. Working in tandem with the content and design team (in house and external) to visualize the website look and feel for every campaign; coordinate with the tech / backend and graphic team for proper uploading of banners, images, etc on the website; and keeping a close eye on website and social media hygiene and doing regular checks for the same.
  7. Guide, supervise, lead, execute and oversee shoots done by teams locally/remote and client sites locally as and when needed
  8. Work with teams on planning, organizing and arranging shoot related materials like props, backdrops, etc. Planning and working within budgets for the same
  9. Monitoring, tracking and presenting industry trends and focusing on application of the same

Prerequisites:

  1. 2 years of related experience in design fields
  2. Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the message platform to overseeing production on time and budget
  3. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fashion Communication / Advertising / Fine art
  4. To be detail-oriented with experience with copywriting, design, or production
  5. To have an eye and skill for handling / guiding / executing photography. Experience is a plus
  6. To thrive in collaborative environments and possess strong multi-tasking, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills
  7. Handle works end to end, from concept to execution including overseeing the development process with the concerned teams and resources / vendors
  8. Coordinate between resources and adhere without fail to the scheduling calendar and deadlines set
  9. Creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile but also understand offline and print
  • Experience in leading / managing a team of creative talent with focus on creative direction
